Omg I love this one!!! I have tried all of the relove liquid eyeliners and the blue one is the best. It gives real 80's vibes but it is so pigmented and gives a real in your face look. And it kinda looks neon. I wore it to a glow in the dark crazy golf and I fitted right in with the decor lol. The application is OK, the applicator is a little on the larger size so getting a fine line is quite hard but the great formula makes up for that because it lasts so long, doesn't crack or flake off and it looks so amazing!!!
